Do I need to have a plot already?
Yes. NEXUS steps in once you have found your plot: we start from its characteristics to prepare your project. If the purchase is in progress, you can already contact us to discuss.
What is the difference between an owner’s representative and a general contractor?
As owner’s representative, we advise you on technical choices, contractor tendering, quote analysis and follow-up. As general contractor, we organise and coordinate the works under a global offer, with a scope and budget defined by contract.
What does the offer from €1,950 incl. VAT / m² include?
A detailed base specification: earthworks and utilities within scope, traditional masonry, trussed roof, PVC windows and aluminium bay doors, interior insulation, heat pump and underfloor heating, standard sanitary ware, electrics, screed, 60 × 60 tiles, wall tiling, scraped render and beech staircase. Bedroom parquet, painting, wardrobes and landscaping are excluded. The plot and administrative fees are not included. This indicative price is confirmed after study.
Which additional services are available?
Parquet, painting, wardrobes, landscaping, plus options such as external insulation, large-format tiles, aluminium joinery or terraces. Each addition is priced before approval.
Can I choose a premium range?
Yes. Together we define higher-range materials, equipment and finishes, on quotation, according to your project and budget.
Do you work in Geneva?
Yes. Every project in Geneva is studied individually. Price on request.
How do I get an estimate for my project?
Fill in the contact form with the municipality, desired floor area and, if you wish, an indicative budget. We will get back to you to study your project.
